Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in facilities management, property management, hospitality or related field.
• Proven leadership experience managing, training and developing high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in vendor management and third-party supplier coordination.
• Strong budget management and financial analysis capabilities.
• Proactive customer service approach with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex operational matters simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Track record of initiating and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and related productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team across all operations under the SOW.
• Oversee third-party services and procurement, ensuring value and accountability.
• Communicate clearly and train staff on processes and systems.
• Manage facilities and building services to ensure safe, compliant workplaces.
• Ensure safety and security compliance and incident management.
• Coordinate emergency response planning and first aid readiness.
