Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Adelaide is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead delivery of facilities services for the Australia Post portfolio, ensuring operational excellence across sites and managing financial, technical, maintenance, procurement, asset and vendor programs.

You will engage stakeholders at all levels, drive KPI achievement, mitigate risk, and mentor the facilities team, fostering teamwork and high morale while coordinating vendors and ensuring business continuity.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of corporate real estate or facilities management experience.
• Strong numerical data interpretation and planning skills.
• Proven ability to interact with senior client staff and manage conflicts.
• Proficiency in MS Office and facilities management systems.
• Current and valid driver’s license; willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Drive the property risk management program across all sites.
• Develop cost savings initiatives and service improvements with Finance.
• Lead client relationship management and monitor service response times.
• Mentor facilities team and maintain high staff morale and performance.
• Coordinate vendors and ensure disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
