You will be on-site at Macquarie Park and Ingleburn DC, managing budgets, maintenance, and vendor relationships while ensuring safety and service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting and procurement skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement across sites within the region. Travel between locations is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading reception or facilities teams.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, procurement, and contracts.
• Knowledge of health, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with CAFM systems such as Corrigo.

• Lead and supervise the reception team to deliver high service levels.
• Oversee procurement and vendor management for multiple sites.
• Manage facilities operations, budgets, and asset lifecycle.
• Coordinate risk assessments, health and safety compliance, and incident responses.
