In this flexible role you will be deployed to corporate client sites, acting as the on-site representative for facilities operations and building strong client relationships.

You will oversee preventive maintenance, coordinate contractors, ensure safety compliance, and support financial administration while adapting quickly to new environments.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in facilities management or a related commercial property operations role.
• Ability to adapt rapidly and work autonomously across diverse client environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record in managing contractors, preventive maintenance, and site safety compliance.
• Driver's licence and willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Act as the on-site representative managing facilities operations and fostering client relationships.
• Oversee preventative maintenance schedules and coordinate reactive works.
• Supervise third‑party contractors and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, SOPs and lease obligations.
• Support financial administration by tracking budgets and invoices.
• Conduct property inspections and generate professional inspection reports.
• Utilize Corrigo and other FM systems for accurate record‑keeping.
• Adapt quickly to new client environments and collaborate with diverse teams.
