The Picklr Australia is seeking an Assistant Club Manager for our Cronulla venue to support the Club Manager with daily operations, programming, and customer service. You will help run programs, train staff, and ensure smooth member experiences while focusing on growth, scheduling, and events.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and comfort with club software; experience in customer service and pickleball know-how is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to explain memberships and programming offerings at The Picklr.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, management and corporate team.
• Ability to organise and create program calendars and schedules.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn new software and train employees.
• Proficient with basic computer software (Word, Sheets, Excel, Xero, etc.).
• Preferred customer service experience of 1-2 years.
• Preferred knowledge of pickleball community and gameplay.

Responsabilités

• Understand all membership offerings and ways to play at The Picklr.
• Run/train staff to run all core programs at The Picklr.
• Operate club software programs (Playbypoint, Aircall, Hubspot, Wingfield, SWISH).
• Communicate with club manager, coaches, ambassadors, and front desk staff.
• Assist with club cleaning and maintenance.
• Complete assigned trainings on time.
• Meet with the club manager regularly to ensure club goals are met.
