Job summary

The Picklr is expanding its operations in Australia and New Zealand, seeking an Assistant Club Manager to support day-to-day operations, programming, and customer service. The role focuses on enabling the Club Manager to drive growth through memberships, scheduling, and events.

You will train staff, manage program calendars, and ensure top-notch customer experiences in a fast-paced environment as The Picklr opens its second venue in Sydney in early 2027.

Qualifications

• Ability to clearly explain memberships and programming offerings.
• Excellent communication with team, management and corporate.
• Ability to organise and create program calendars and schedules.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand all membership offerings and ways to play at The Picklr
• Run/train staff to run all core programs at The Picklr
• Proficient with club software programs (Playbypoint, Aircall, Hubspot, Wingfield, SWISH, etc.)
• Provide excellent customer service
• Create programming schedules
• Communicate with club manager, coaches, ambassadors, and front desk staff
• Assist with club cleaning and maintenance
• Complete assigned trainings on time
• Meet with the club manager regularly to ensure club goals are met
