Job summary

The Picklr Australia and New Zealand opened its first venue in Cronulla, NSW, and plans to expand with premium indoor pickleball clubs across the region. The Assistant Club Manager helps the Club Manager with daily operations, programming and top-notch customer service to support membership growth and event programming.

You will run daily programs, train staff on core offerings, and coordinate with the front desk and coaches.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to explain memberships and programming clearly.
• Experience creating program calendars and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist Club Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Run core programs and deliver excellent customer service.
• Create programming schedules and manage staff training.
• Coordinate with coaches, ambassadors and front desk staff.
• Help with club cleaning, maintenance and training completions.
• Meet with Club Manager regularly to review goals.
