Job summary

Lowes is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead and support stores across Victoria’s Eastern region. This senior role focuses on driving sales, profitability, operational standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will develop Store Managers and their teams, monitor performance, and execute company initiatives while maintaining strong WHS compliance and store standards. This position requires leadership, travel and a commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail management.
• Proven experience managing multiple retail locations.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and operational performance.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel regularly.

• Conduct regular store visits and support performance improvement.
