Job summary

Lowe's is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead stores across Victoria's Eastern region. You will drive sales, profitability and store performance, while developing Store Managers and their teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

In this leadership role, you will monitor KPIs, coach staff, and ensure high standards in service, merchandising and stock management. Regular travel to stores is required, with strong opportunities for bonuses and career growth.

About You

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail management
• Proven experience managing multiple retail locations
• Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and operational performance
• Strong commercial and financial understanding
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel regularly
• Experience in apparel, fashion or specialty retail will be highly regarded
