Job summary

Lowes is seeking a store manager in Lismore, NSW, to lead a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional in-store experience for customers. You will oversee daily operations and drive sales while managing wages and shrinkage to achieve budgets.

Ideal candidates have strong coaching skills, proven leadership, and a passion for retail. You will champion customer service and uphold our family-values culture at the store level.
