Job summary

SMAART Recruitment is hiring Appointment Setters for its Sydney CBD sales team. You’ll speak with Australian business owners, schedule appointments for the Business Development Managers, and receive full training with clear paths to senior sales roles.

This entry-point role offers a base salary and uncapped commissions, with first-year OTE of around $120,000–$130,000. Work Mon-Fri in a modern Sydney office.

Qualifications

• Confident phone communication with business owners
• Ability to handle objections naturally
• Reliable CRM note keeping and data entry
• Eligible to work in Australia

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to business owners on a high volume
• Build rapport and have two-way conversations
• Handle objections smoothly, not scripted
• Asking questions to understand needs
• Book qualified appointments for the BDM team
• Keep accurate notes in the CRM
• Work towards daily and weekly targets
• Receive coaching and feedback
