Job summary

SEEK in Sydney is seeking an Appointment Setter for warm leads to convert interest into qualified appointments for the senior sales team. This is a full-time, in-office role based in the Sydney CBD, with Monday–Friday scheduling and a structured training program.

You will work with marketing-generated leads, focusing on genuine conversations, understanding needs, and building trust to move prospects to the next step. Training and coaching are provided.

We're recruiting Appointment Setters for an established Australian business with a structured, high-performance sales environment.

You’ll speak with marketing-generated leads who have already shown interest — not work through cold prospecting lists.

Your role is to turn that initial interest into a quality appointment.

That means having genuine conversations, understanding why the prospect enquired, asking the right questions, building trust, handling initial resistance and creating enough value for them to take the next step.

What you'll be doing

• Speak with warm, marketing-generated leads by phone

• Understand what prompted their enquiry and what they're looking to achieve

• Qualify prospects and identify whether the next stage is appropriate

• Build trust and confidently secure quality appointments with the senior sales team

• Follow a proven sales structure while listening and adapting to the person you're speaking with

• Manage follow-up activity and maintain accurate CRM records

• Work towards clear daily activity and booking targets

• Apply coaching quickly and continuously improve your execution

This is a performance-based sales environment. You'll receive structured training and coaching, but you'll also be expected to put that coaching into practice and deliver against clear expectations.

Strong performance is recognised and rewarded, but this isn't passive inbound sales. You'll need to be comfortable making calls, following up, handling resistance and consistently creating quality appointments.
