Job summary

SDBC Partners in Australia is seeking an Appointment Setter to support our sales team by reaching out to prospective clients via telephone and email to help meet monthly meeting goals. The role is part-time (4 hours daily, minimum 4 days a week) with a hybrid setup: 2 days training at our Lidcombe office and then work from home.

Remuneration includes AU$25/hour plus generous bonuses and potential earnings from sales.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Set up appointment by calling potential business owners and book free valuation appointments for brokers.
• Field basic questions about the business exit strategy for customers.
• Schedule consultations between prospective clients and a business broker.
• Keep a detailed log of calls, including unanswered ones.
• Attempt to contact prospects you could not reach.
• Work directly with customers to set appointments for sales team members.
• Ability to work alone.
