Job summary

SEEK in Sydney is seeking an Appointment Setter for warm leads to convert interest into qualified appointments for the senior sales team. This is a full-time, in-office role based in the Sydney CBD, with Monday–Friday scheduling and a structured training program.

You will work with marketing-generated leads, focusing on genuine conversations, understanding needs, and building trust to move prospects to the next step. Training and coaching are provided.

Responsibilities

• Speak with warm, marketing-generated leads by phone.
• Understand promoters' enquiry and what they aim to achieve.
• Qualify prospects and identify if the next stage is appropriate.
• Build trust and secure quality appointments with the senior sales team.
• Follow a proven sales structure while adapting to the caller.
• Manage follow-up activity and maintain CRM records.
• Work towards clear daily activity and booking targets.
• Apply coaching quickly and improve execution over time.
