Job summary

GoCanvas in APAC is seeking a Sales Solutions Engineer to act as the customer’s technical authority from pre‑sales discovery through post‑sales adoption and expansion. You will partner with Sales, Account Management and Customer Success to translate business requirements into scalable, resilient designs for SiteDocs, SiteDocs Analytics, Workflow Studio and SiteDocs API.

This role emphasizes customer engagement, architecture and proof‑of‑concept delivery, plus pre‑sales support, security review

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, etc.)
• Strong SaaS/cloud background with APIs and integrations
• Ability to translate technical value to business outcomes

Responsibilities

• Own design, validation and success of solutions across the customer lifecycle.
• Lead discovery to extract business and technical requirements.
• Develop scalable solution designs and demos/POCs for clients.
• Support pre-sales, security/compliance assessments, and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with implementation and customer success for smooth deployments.
• Monitor usage and drive renewal and expansion with ROI demonstrations.
