Job summary

Procore Technologies seeks a Solutions Engineer 4 to lead the technical sales motion for enterprise opportunities in APAC from discovery to deployment. You will translate construction workflows into scalable technology and build repeatable assets to enable teams and partners.

Based in Sydney with up to 50% travel, you will own demonstrations, solution narratives, and evaluations across regions, collaborating with Sales and Customer Experience to drive growth and customer success.

Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing technical role in construction/AEC industries.
Proven ability to design technical solutions and present to executives.
Strong communication and stakeholder management across time zones.

Responsibilities

Own the technical sales motion for APAC opportunities from discovery through close.
Collaborate with account executives on technical discovery and solution architecture.
Design evaluations, pilots, and proof-of-concept engagements tied to business value.
Develop repeatable presales assets, demos, and ROI narratives.
Mitigate technical risks across integrations, security, and implementation.
Create APAC-specific technical assets and playbooks for cross-team use.
