Job summary

Hyphen Partners is expanding its enterprise AI sales team in Australia. This hands-on role focuses on opening a new market, landing top enterprise logos, and shaping how the business grows in the region.

You will win new enterprise customers across banking, telco, insurance, government and other large organisations, building relationships with C-level and operations leaders while driving multi-year partnerships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise SaaS or AI sales with a proven quota attainment.
• Hunter who builds own pipeline and wins new logos.
• Existing relationships with senior decision-makers in the local market.
• Experience selling on business value, not features.
• Track record of co-selling with SIs and/or hyperscalers.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with autonomy.
• Genuine excitement about AI and its trajectory.
• Excellent English and fluency in local language where relevant.

Responsibilities

• Win new enterprise customers across banking, telco, insurance, government and other large, complex organisations.
• Build relationships with C-level, technology and customer operations leaders.
• Run complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders from first meeting to signed contract.
• Work with system integrators and cloud partners to open doors and close deals.
• Grow the accounts you land into long-term, multi-year partnerships.
• Keep your pipeline and forecast in Salesforce sharp and accurate.
