Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to bridge product capabilities with enterprise client needs across APAC, focusing on discovery, scoping, and demonstrations of the AI platform. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to shape go-to-market strategy for one of our fastest-growing regions.

You will translate complex AI concepts into clear business value, engage with C-level stakeholders, and support a hybrid work model in Sydney. Sydney-based with work rights is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a solutions architecture, pre‑sales engineering, or technical consulting role within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of APIs, security frameworks, cloud architecture, and platform integration concepts.
• Proven ability to engage with enterprise clients and translate technical concepts for business audiences.
• Experience collaborating with sales/go-to-market teams to support pipeline generation and deal execution.
• Interest in AI, legal tech, or professional services, with a desire to deepen domain expertise.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery sessions and scope solutions for APAC.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations aligning AI capabilities with client workflows.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for prospective customers, addressing APIs, security, and integration questions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate feedback into product improvements.
• Support end-to-end sales by building relationships with legal, IT, and executive stakeholders.
