Job summary

Reapit is seeking a Revenue Enablement Manager to boost the productivity of our Sales and Account teams across ANZ. You will develop and deliver content, training, and processes to grow pipeline and close opportunities efficiently.

You will own enablement for ANZ, manage stakeholders, and create collateral and programs that upskill quota-bearing colleagues while optimizing CRM usage and sales tooling. A data-driven, collaborative leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a quota-bearing management role.
• 3–5+ years in sales enablement.
• SaaS experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own Revenue Enablement for the ANZ region, translating global frameworks to the local market.
• Stakeholder management with ANZ leadership to align enablement with GTM priorities.
• Develop and deliver enablement programs to onboard and upskill quota-bearing colleagues.
• Create, organize and manage enablement collateral (playbooks, decks, tools, templates).
• Identify gaps in the sales process and implement best practices for efficiency.
• Ensure Revenue colleagues effectively use CRM, sales engagement tools and enablement platforms.
• Track key metrics, analyse data and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Ops, and Revenue leadership.
• Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform selling strategies.
