Job summary

Central Innovation Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth across Australia and New Zealand for our manufacturing and data solutions offerings, including MRP, BOM management, and PDM consultancy and services.

You will build and lead a high-performance ANZ sales operation, manage key strategic opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure revenue, pipeline, and customer success targets are met.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B solution sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience with manufacturing tech and MRP/ERP/PDM is valued.
• Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills.
• Ability to engage with senior operational and executive stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel across ANZ regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ANZ sales team and own revenue, pipeline, and targets.
• Develop territory, account and sales activity plans across AU/NZ.
• Drive disciplined pipeline management, opportunity reviews and forecasting.
• Accelerate new business within existing customer base.
• Drive market adoption of MRP, BOM management, PDM and related services.
• Lead solution selling across manufacturing processes and data workflows.
• Build senior relationships and participate in strategic opportunities.
• Lead product launches, campaigns and industry events with measurable revenue outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Consulting and Implementation teams.
• Coach and performance-manage the sales team against revenue KPIs.
