We Are Aspire Ltd in Melbourne is seeking an ambitious ANZ sales professional to drive growth across agencies, premium brands and publishers. This role is an individual contributor with complete responsibility for the ANZ sales cycle and a hunter mentality to win new business.

The successful candidate will build senior-level relationships, translate client objectives into tailored programmatic solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years+ sales experience within digital media, adtech, or media agencies.
• Understanding and interest in programmatic advertising.
• Established network of relationships across agency holding companies and premium brand advertisers.
• Demonstrated ability to independently source, open, and close new business with full pipeline ownership.

Responsabilités

• Own the full sales cycle - prospecting to closing within the ANZ market.
• Build and manage a strong, qualified pipeline across agencies and clients.
• Deliver against revenue targets by winning new clients and expanding relationships (upsell/cross-sell).
• Develop senior relationships with decision-makers across agency groups and premium brands.
• Lead thought leadership initiatives to position the business as a strategic partner.
