Qualifications

• Proven success in business development and revenue growth within Life Sciences recruitment or related fields.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and building long-term strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of APAC/Life Sciences market and client-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across permanent, contract, freelance, and project-based staffing in APAC Life Sciences.
• Build and execute strategic sales plans aligned to regional growth objectives.
• Develop trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across pharma, biotech, medical device, CRO, and Life Science organisations.
• Partner with clients to understand workforce challenges and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams to ensure clear communication of hiring needs and market intelligence.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and long-term partnership contracts.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of new and existing client accounts across APAC.
• Represent Planet Pharma at industry events and conferences across Australia and APAC.
