Job summary

Heng & Hurst in Melbourne seeks a commercially astute leader to influence strategy and accelerate growth across major corporate accounts in ANZ life sciences. You will lead a high-performing team, collaborate with regional and global stakeholders, and build executive relationships with key customers and KOLs to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading high-performing sales or key account teams in life sciences or related industries.
• Strong track record of negotiating complex, high‑value commercial agreements.
• Experience in multi-channel sales strategies and business planning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local, regional and global stakeholders on commercial strategies.
• Secure and grow strategic partnerships with ANZ's large life science accounts.
• Develop and execute national account strategies for growth and value.
• Lead and mentor a Major Accounts team to drive performance.
• Build executive relationships with customers, KOLs, and internal stakeholders.
• Support contracts and tenders and manage budgets and investments.
• Use data and insights to maximise ROI and inform decisions.
