Job summary

WeAreAspire is seeking a high-impact senior sales professional to drive growth across ANZ from Melbourne, with Sydney as an option. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, build deep agency and premium brand relationships, and apply a consultative hunter mindset to win new business and expand existing accounts.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years in digital media, adtech, or media agencies with revenue targets experience.
• Strong understanding of programmatic advertising.
• Established network across agency holding groups and premium brand advertisers.
• Ability to independently source, open, and close new business with full pipeline ownership.
• Data-driven approach using pipeline analysis and performance metrics.
• Confident, consultative seller with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing within the ANZ market.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline across agencies and clients.
• Deliver against revenue targets by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships.
• Develop senior relationships with decision-makers across agency groups and premium brands.
• Act as a trusted partner by understanding client objectives and challenges.
• Lead thought leadership initiatives to position the business as a strategic partner.
• Identify whitespace opportunities to grow footprint and share of wallet in ANZ.
• Map stakeholder networks to drive deeper account penetration.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client solutions.
• Feed client insights back to inform product and GTM strategy.
