Job summary

SeenThis is seeking a NSW State Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in Sydney, with a focus on agencies, brands and white-label partners. The role reports to the ANZ Country Manager and involves leading sales efforts across NSW, including holdcos and independent agencies.

Hybrid work is offered from a Sydney base, with some interstate travel to align with national accounts and the broader commercial team.

Qualifications

• Sustained revenue success over 5+ years in digital media or ad-tech sales.
• Deep ad-tech fluency with programmatic data, video, or SaaS solutions.
• Extensive relationships within Sydney/NSW media agencies and brands.
• Strong understanding of DSPs, SSPs, data targeting and verification.
• Hands-on ability to tailor and pitch sophisticated ad-tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by expanding partnerships and closing new business.
• Develop and execute a targeted sales plan for advertisers, agencies and brands.
• Educate clients on SeenThis advantages within the programmatic ecosystem.
• Maintain CRM records and forecast revenue pipelines accurately.
