Chromalox ANZ sales leadership role to establish and grow a locally supported Chromalox business across Australia and New Zealand, leveraging an installed base and local brand awareness.

You will reconnect with existing customers and develop new relationships with end users, consultants, OEMs, EPCs and contractors, manage opportunities from lead to project delivery, and work with ETS Australia and global teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial B2B sales of engineered or capital equipment.
• Engineering or technical qualification preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems and accurate forecasting.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a market-entry and growth plan for ANZ.
• Establish a local value proposition for Chromalox and access channels.
• Map installed base and identify service, replacement, upgrade opportunities.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through project execution.
• Build Chromalox brand presence with end users, EPCs, consultants, OEMs and contractors.
• Collaborate with ETS Australia team and global Chromalox teams.
• Develop key account plans for major customers.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline management.
• Represent Chromalox at industry events and forums.
• Travel regularly across Australia and New Zealand.
