PeopleWise Consulting is assisting a globally recognised industrial technology leader to recruit a Business Sales & Operations Manager for Australia and New Zealand. This role leads the ANZ Industrial Services business with autonomy and a strong team.

You will own sales, performance and day-to-day operations, collaborating with international leadership while developing the SA team and driving growth across the region.

Formación

• Experience as a Business Manager or Sales & Operations Leader in industrial services.
• Strong commercial leadership with a proven track record in sales growth.
• Experience in industrial equipment, engineering, manufacturing or technical services.
• Previous leadership experience managing a $10M-$50M business.
• Excellent financial acumen and people skills.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of sales growth and market expansion across ANZ.
• Lead day-to-day operations and profitability.
• Develop and mentor the SA team across sales, service and operations.
