PeopleWise Group is partnering with a global leader in industrial technology to recruit a Business Sales & Operations Manager for Australia and New Zealand Industrial Services. You will lead a capable local team, own sales and operations, and work closely with international leadership to drive growth and profitability in the ANZ region.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Manager, General Manager, Sales & Operations Manager or similar.
• Experience within industrial equipment, engineering, manufacturing or technical services.
• Previous leadership experience within a $10M-$50M business.

Responsibilities

• Own sales, business performance and day-to-day operations.
• Lead and develop the SA team across sales, service and operations.
• Build strong relationships with customers and identify commercial opportunities.
• Maintain profitability, budgets and overall business performance.
• Drive growth and influence strategy in ANZ.
