Job summary

EXFO Australia Pty Ltd in Australia seeks an RSM for Datacenter, Colocation & Neocloud Accounts in ANZ to develop and expand strategic accounts across data center ecosystems. You will work with APAC sales, product, marketing and partners to build account plans, create pipeline and drive revenue growth.

The role emphasizes strategic account management, technical selling and ecosystem orchestration, with travel across ANZ up to 40-50%.

Qualifications

Experience in datacenter, cloud, telecom markets.
Experience managing large multi-country accounts with structured plans.
Ability to translate customer requirements into winning proposals.
Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans for priority datacenter, colocation and neocloud accounts across ANZ.
Build direct relationships with stakeholders in engineering, operations, procurement and deployment.
Identify new business opportunities related to AI data center build-outs, high-density fiber and DCI.
Coordinate with regional account managers for clear ownership and consistent engagement.
Support RFPs, technical proposals, workshops, and proof-of-concept activities.
Maintain CRM visibility and progress against objectives.
Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
