ELMO Software Pty Ltd is seeking a Sales Development Director to lead the ANZ sales development strategy and team, spanning Australia and New Zealand. You will align marketing, enablement, and BD, coaching SDRs and managers while driving growth and pipeline discipline.

You will champion AI-enabled sales workflows, maintain governance standards, and partner with leadership to grow revenue in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading a B2B sales function (SaaS/recurring revenue) with revenue growth in ANZ.
• Experience leading multi-layer sales organisations, including managers and SDRs.
• Strong commercial acumen, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting discipline.
• Fluency with AI-enabled sales tools to boost productivity and decision-making.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the ANZ sales development strategy aligned with company targets.
• Lead, engage, and coach across the sales function; establish accountability between lead generation and deal execution.
• Provide direction to the SDR Manager and team, set operating standards, metrics, and pipeline goals; own cadence for pipeline creation, deal inspection, forecasting, and conversion.
• Demonstrate practical fluency with AI-enabled sales tools for research, account prioritization, call prep, coaching, and deal inspection; embed responsible AI practices with privacy, security and governance.
