Job summary

Accenture PLC in Australia seeks a senior pre-sales leader to originate, shape and cost technology and consulting deals across cloud, data and GenAI for mid-market ANZ clients. You will engage CIO/CFO/board-level discussions and craft credible business cases with ROI.

Lead with cloud migration, data and AI opportunities, managing RFPs, pricing and staffing. Experience in ANZ and partner ecosystems is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pre-sales and solutioning across technology and consulting deals.
• Breadth to solution cloud migration and modernisation, data and AI.
• Proven record of winning complex deals with credible ROI.
• Executive presence and ability to influence CIOs, CFOs and boards.
• Experience building go-to-market strategies with ecosystem partners.
• Depth in Azure, AWS or GCP and data platforms.
• Hands-on knowledge of GenAI and agentic patterns (RAG, agents, MLOps).
• Experience in the ANZ market.

Responsibilities

• Design solution approach, tech platform, and staffing for opportunities.
• Lead client orals and drive commercial shaping with pricing leads.
• Advise CIO/CFO/board and translate tech ambition into ROI.
• Develop estimation, staffing models, costing and pricing for proposals.
• Architect scalable cloud/data/AI solutions across domains.
• Create reusable reference architectures and accelerators.
• Pioneer AI-first and asset-led solutioning approaches.
• Embed privacy, security and trust; align with ANZ regs.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners for GTM strategies.
• Mentor the next generation of solution architects.
