Cyera is hiring a Commercial Regional Sales Director for ANZ, based in Sydney. You will lead the Commercial Sales Team, drive best practices, and scale a rapid-growth territory to meet and exceed quotas.

In this role you will mentor Account Executives, oversee prospecting, and work with key customers and channel partners while navigating a fast-paced security/AI environment. Strong cloud, data security, and executive communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead teams selling large deals in a hyper growth startup.
• Strong presentation skills with executives and leadership.
• Understanding of cloud environments and data security.
• Familiar with data security/compliance frameworks.
• Experience with consultative selling and multi-task management.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Sales Team in applying best practices and CRM usage.
• Mentor Account Executives in prospecting, key account management and retention.
• Perform regular reviews of sales activity and performance for Account Executives.
• Coach team members to meet objectives and plan career paths.
• Recruit and build territory, manage relationships with customers and partners.
• Keep leadership informed on sales activity and progress.
• Assess customer information and present tailored solutions.
