Job summary

Swissport International AG is hiring Passenger Service Agents to ensure a smooth and friendly experience for passengers from check-in through boarding. You will work in a fast-paced airport environment, delivering reliable service with safety and punctuality in mind.

We value teamwork, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse passengers. Training is provided, and shifts include early mornings, late nights, and weekends to match airline schedules.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to airport procedures.
• Must have Australian work rights and be 18+.
• Physical fitness to assist with luggage and wheelchairs when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers during check-in, boarding and disembarkation.
• Handle the check-in process, verify tickets, issue boarding passes and check luggage.
• Provide accurate flight information including delays, cancellations and gate changes.
• Resolve passenger complaints and issues in a courteous, professional manner.
• Offer guidance on schedules, fares, routes and airline policies.
