Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Assist passengers at check-in, boarding and disembarkation.
• Handle the check-in process, verify tickets, issue boarding passes and check luggage.
• Provide flight information, including delays, cancellations and gate changes.
• Resolve passenger complaints and issues professionally.
• Offer support on flight schedules, fares, routes and policies.
• Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors and wheelchair assistance.
• Assist with luggage drop-offs during check-in.
• Ensure compliance with security procedures and screening.
• Coordinate with airport personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide assistance during emergencies, medical incidents and diversions.
• Maintain records of transactions and customer interactions.
• Utilise language skills to assist international passengers.
