Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (early mornings, nights, weekends).
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage passenger needs and follow safety procedures.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers during check-in, boarding and disembarkation.
• Handle the check-in process, verify tickets, issue boarding passes and check luggage.
• Provide flight information including delays, cancellations and gate changes.
• Resolve passenger complaints professionally.
• Support passengers with special needs and wheelchair assistance.
• Ensure security procedures are followed and coordinate with airport staff.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and interactions.
• Communicate effectively with diverse customers using language skills.
