Job summary

Swissport is seeking Passenger Service Agents to support operations at our airports. You will assist passengers during check-in, boarding and disembarkation, verify tickets, and provide up-to-date flight information to ensure a smooth travel experience.

The role requires flexibility for early mornings, nights, and weekends, with training and on-site support provided. You will work with a diverse team to deliver safe, efficient service while adhering to security procedures and airline policies.

Qualifications

• Must have fluent English and strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain professionalism.
• Good time management and the ability to adapt to changing airline schedules.
• Proficiency with common software used in passenger handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers during check-in, boarding and disembarkation.
• Verify tickets, issue boarding passes and check luggage.
• Provide accurate flight information including delays or gate changes.
• Resolve passenger issues professionally and promptly.
• Assist passengers with special needs, including wheelchair assistance.
• Coordinate with airport personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain records of transactions and customer interactions.
• Use available software to support international passengers.
