• Minimum requirement: able to assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and disembarkation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle passenger inquiries and complaints.
• Willingness to work early mornings, nights, and weekends to align with airline schedules.

Responsabilités

• Assist passengers during check-in, boarding and disembarkation.
• Handle check-in process, verify tickets, issue boarding passes and check luggage.
• Provide flight information, including delays, cancellations and gate changes.
• Resolve passenger issues professionally and provide support on schedules, fares and policies.
• Assist passengers with special needs and with luggage drop offs.
• Ensure compliance with security procedures and coordinate with airport personnel.
