Qualifications

• Fluent English required; additional languages welcomed.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work a 7-day rotating roster.
• Demonstrated customer service aptitude and professional presentation.

Responsabilités

• Assist passengers during check-in, boarding and disembarkation.
• Handle check-in processes: verify tickets, issue boarding passes, check luggage.
• Provide flight information including delays, cancellations and gate changes.
• Resolve passenger complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist with special needs and wheelchair assistance.
• Support luggage drop-offs and check-in procedures.
• Ensure compliance with security procedures.
• Coordinate with airport personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist during emergencies and medical incidents.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and interactions.
• Use language skills to assist international passengers.
