Job summary

NiCE is seeking an AI Presales Engineer to join our Presales team in a global, market-disrupting environment. You will collaborate with Sales on discovery calls, technical deep dives, and deliver demos and POCs that showcase value through automation and AI.

The role emphasizes translating business value through AI, RAG pipelines, and secure enterprise integrations, while bridging technology and business outcomes for executive audiences.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in a Pre-Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting role.
• Strong focus on automation or generative AI solutions.
• Proficient in Python or JavaScript for quick connectors and API tool-calling.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with account executives and identify high-value AI use cases.
• Design and build PoCs and blueprints using n8n and LangChain to demonstrate ROI.
• Translate client requirements into production-ready blueprints with RAG and semantic search.
• Act as AI advisor on security, privacy, and architecture questions for CTOs and IT leaders.
• Provide field insights to Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap.
