Job summary

NiCE seeks a Lead Professional Services Engineer (AI) to deliver expert consulting, implement complex CX/AI solutions, and mentor junior staff. You will configure AI-driven NICE applications, lead end-to-end deployments, and collaborate with clients to tailor solutions that meet business needs.

The role blends technical delivery with business consulting, including enablement, UAT support, and post-deployment optimization in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field.
• 5+ years of professional experience with AI or digital channels.
• Experience in large enterprise deployments and complex integrations.
• Strong communication and client-facing consulting skills.
• Ability to document workflows and guide deployment lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementations from pilot to full deployment for CX and AI solutions.
• Configure, program, and develop NICE solutions including CRM integrations and APIs.
• Collaborate with project managers to design end-to-end rollouts and manage lifecycle.
• Provide subject matter expertise on NICE products and AI solutions to clients.
• Create reusable documentation, templates, and guidelines for partners and customers.
• Supervise junior staff or subcontractors on projects.
