Job summary

Decagon is seeking a Solutions Engineer to shape enterprise AI-powered solutions at the intersection of pre-sales, product strategy, and enterprise architecture. You will act as a technical advisor to prospects and customers, architect AI experiences, and drive value-based integrations of Decagon’s platform.

Collaborate with Account Executives, create tailored demos, and communicate complex concepts to C-level stakeholders and engineers.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of customer-facing sales engineering experience.
• Experience in AI sales engineering is a plus.
• Ability to articulate ROI and value to customers.
• Strong cross-functional communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with GTM systems and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical advisor to enterprise prospects and customers.
• Drive value-based solutioning and integration of Decagon’s AI platform.
• Develop and tailor demonstrations using the Decagon platform for customer needs.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to discover, qualify, and close solutions.
