NiCE is seeking an AI Presales Engineer to join the Presales team in Australia. You will work with Sales on discovery calls, demos, and POCs, acting as a trusted advisor bridging technology and business value for our CXone platform or stand-alone solutions.
The role focuses on advanced AI technologies, conversational AI, IVA, knowledge management, and agent assistance. You will partner with sales to support strategic deals and deliver tailored technical demonstrations.
Competenze
- Experience as a consultant, sales engineer, or similar presales role.
- Experience in enterprise software within automation or contact center technologies.
- Experience with low-code platforms and conversational AI is a plus.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Creative and design-oriented mindset.
- Ability to quickly learn and explain new technologies.
Mansioni
- Partner with the sales team to support strategic deals.
- Participate in discovery calls and technical deep dives.
- Create and deliver presentations and customized demos.
