Job summary

NiCE seeks a Professional Services Software Engineer, AI to implement, configure, and deliver AI-driven Conversational AI solutions across the NICE CXone ecosystem. You will build integrations, configure conversational AI platforms, and ensure high-quality delivery across customer environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical contributions, PoCs, and collaboration with Implementation Teams to drive successful deployments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field or equivalent work experience.
5+ years professional experience; 1+ year in digital channels or AI/Bot software preferred.
Strong REST API, HTML/CSS, and API documentation interpretation.

Responsibilities

Configure, customize, and deploy Conversational AI solutions.
Build and maintain integrations using APIs and web technologies.
Implement, enhance, and optimize bot behaviors using prompt engineering.
Develop proofs of concept (PoCs) and production-ready components.
Support testing, validation and go-live activities for customer environments.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across SaaS apps, integrations, data flows.
Collaborate with Implementation Engineers, Consultants and Project Managers; participate in customer workshops.
