AI Solutions Engineer - Pre-Sales & Enablement

Job summary

Netskope is seeking a founding member for the AI Consulting Solutions Engineering team in Australia. You will collaborate with GTM to drive adoption and sales of Netskope's AI Security portfolio, supporting pre-sales activities and customer engagements across cloud and security domains.

You will enable field teams with technical content, create labs for demonstrations, and work with Product Management to translate customer needs into product improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in pre-sales or technical pre-sales
• Experience in a cybersecurity company is preferred
• Experience in an AI startup with customer interactions (SE/SA/Implementation Engineer)
• Cloud computing experience with AWS, Azure or GCP
• Hands-on integration experience with AI models and prototyping
• Knowledge of AI prompt best practices and security testing is a plus
• Strong full-stack development skills and capability to test integrations
• Experience creating enablement assets (docs, articles, videos, presentations)
• Excellent presentation skills for technical and executive audiences
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

Responsibilities

• Assist sales teams with technical discovery and positioning of Netskope AI Security portfolio
• Prepare and execute Proofs of Value to win business
• Work with accounts to align customer vision with Netskope strategy
• Develop strategic customer visions based on AI strategy and required capabilities
• Collaborate with Product Management to enhance products based on field requirements
• Test and document new AI portfolio products and releases
• Create enablement assets and provide internal/external training materials
• Engage with customers and partners via Netskope Community and other channels
