Job summary

TransPerfect in Sydney seeks a Content Solutions Engineer to combine AI/MT expertise with enterprise localization know-how. You will engage with clients during pre-sales, translate business needs into scalable AI and GlobalLink configurations, and lead design of automated content workflows.

You will collaborate with sales, product, and implementation teams to define pilots, KPIs, and roadmaps, ensuring successful adoption of AI tools and GlobalLink solutions in complex localization projects.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required.
• Direct experience with MT, Generative AI, LLM or other NLP technologies, solutions and services.
• Direct sales, client services, key account management or program management experience.
• Familiar with the localization industry and experience on complex localization projects.
• Fluency in English, excellent verbal communication, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as AI/MT SME in pre-sales engagements and lead client discussions.
• Design AI-powered workflows and GlobalLink-enabled solutions addressing client use cases.
• Translate client requirements into scalable GlobalLink configurations and align AI/MT with platform architecture.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product and Implementation teams to define pilots, KPIs and roadmaps.
• Support strategic client relationships and ensure successful adoption of AI/MT capabilities and GlobalLink solutions.
