Job summary

LexisNexis is seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant focused on Emerging Tech & AI in Sydney. You will present AI-enabled legal tech and document management solutions, work with sales teams, and demonstrate value to law firms, corporate legal teams and government bodies.

The role blends customer workshops with technical deep-dives in a hybrid setup two days in-office. You should bring experience in pre-sales or solutions consulting, SaaS solutions, strong communication, and the ability to translate

Qualifications

• Experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, sales engineering or technical sales environment.
• Experience working with SaaS, software or technology-based solutions.
• Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience delivering software demonstrations and solution workshops.
• Solid understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Commercial acumen and the ability to influence buying decisions.
• Legal tech, document management systems or legal industry knowledge is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product and technical presentations and customer workshops.
• Partner with sales teams to support the sales process.
• Develop deep expertise in LexisNexis AI and DMS solutions and benefits.
• Act as a trusted SME on AI and DMS technologies and trends.
• Collaborate with account teams to engage prospective clients and demonstrate value.
• Support proposals, tenders, RFP responses and sales collateral.
• Build relationships with executives, technical teams and decision-makers.
