Job summary

TransPerfect Sydney is expanding its sales team and seeks an outgoing individual to generate new leads and support existing accounts. You will network with potential clients, nurture relationships, and learn to sell TransPerfect’s GlobalLink localisation and Translation Management System.

The role emphasizes client service, effective communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Opportunities to travel within ANZ and attend industry events are available.

Qualifications

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Service-focused with a desire to exceed clients’ expectations.
• Multitasking and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Respectful in interactions with clients, co-workers, vendors, and partners.
• Ability to work in a team with diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Selling TransPerfect’s GlobalLink technology to new and existing clients – a Localisation & TMS (Translation Management System).
• Generate new sales leads via cold calling, emailing, primary research, networking, trade shows & events.
• Provide customer support and manage client expectations in liaison with the Production Management Team.
• Identify, qualify, develop and close sales opportunities in coordination with Sales Management.
• Promote and educate clients regarding TransPerfect’s services.
• Manage and control pricing and contractual issues by understanding company procedures.
• Learn about each client’s industry, business needs and culture to identify opportunities and provide high-level service.
