Job summary

You will partner with sales and cross-functional teams to demonstrate value and guide customers from discovery to deployment in a fast-paced environment. You will leverage AI capabilities, analyze complex requirements, and deliver compelling demonstrations while building strong client relationships and contributing to the growth of the Solutions

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or solving problems with AI-driven insights.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in solution consulting or a related role.
• Proven ability to analyse complex business requirements and design innovative solutions.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to explain complex concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience building and nurturing client relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with strategic and creative thinking.
• Experience working with Higher Education & Public Sector.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and objectives.
• Analyse client needs and pain points to develop customised solutions.
• Create presentations, proposals, and demos that communicate value clearly.
• Act as trusted advisor with insights and best practices for clients.
• Demonstrate products and address client questions and concerns.
• Coordinate with product development and project management for implementation.
• Provide ongoing client support through the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
