Thompson Health Care in the Sydney region is seeking Administration Assistants to join our team with an immediate start. Roles are part-time, with full-time opportunities considered for the right candidates, based at St Ives House, 97 Killeaton Street, St Ives NSW 2075.

You will support the management team, perform clerical duties, and assist with rostering, helping maintain smooth operations in our aged care setting. We value enthusiasm, a positive attitude and strong customer service.

Formación

• At least 2-year experience in Administration.
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised and able to engage with a range of people.

Responsabilidades

• Support the management team with clerical tasks.
• Assist with on-site rostering functions.
• Manage workflow and coordinate rosters as required.
• Serve as the main point of contact with staff and other departments.
