Job summary

St Ives House, located at 97 Killeaton Street, St Ives, NSW 2075, is looking for a dedicated Catering Attendant to join the team on a Part Time or Casual basis. This role supports dining experiences for residents and families, working within a warm, caring aged care home on Sydney's Upper North Shore.

Police Check is essential, with 1–2 years of catering experience in aged care desirable. The successful candidate will contribute to high standards of service and hygiene in a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Police Check (National Police Certificate) – Essential.
• 1–2 years experience as a catering attendant in aged care – Desirable.
• Responsible for all catering/kitchen services of the facility.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work well with staff.
• Commitment to providing quality services to residents.
• Knowledge of infection control procedures.
• General kitchen cleaning and maintenance.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

About the Role:

We are seekinga Catering Attendant to join our team on a Part Time or Casual Basis.

You will be based at our St Ives House, located at 97 Killeaton Street, St Ives, NSW 2075.

Various shifts are available, providing flexibility to suit your schedule. We currently have the following shifts available:

Tuesday: 06:30-14:30 & 14:30-19:30

Thursday: 14:30-19:30

Sunday: 14:30-19:30

St Ives House is seeking enthusiastic Catering Attendants who have a positive attitude and are passionate to work with the elderly. The suitable candidate will work within an established, dynamic and efficient team. This is a great opportunity to work in a growing industry and in a rewarding role.

Desired Skills & Experience:
